Course Enrolment

Click on Enroll Trainees to start the enrollment process. You have to choose a trainee from the dropdown and you will see a summary of the trainee's current mandatory and elective hours.

A list of all the courses in your organization will be provided from which you can choose a course to enrol a trainee. Mandatory courses are marked with 🔒 while Elective courses are marked with 🔓.

Vlearned Tip: Trainees can only be enrolled in courses that have the Available indicator. For a course to be available for enrollment. It has to satisfy the criteria below.

  • The trainee should not have any existing enrollment in the course. Courses, where the trainee has an existing enrollment, are marked with the Already Enrolled indicator

  • The course should have a trainer assigned to it.

Now that your courses have been created, assigned to instructors and trainees enrolled, the trainers can log in and create their course content progressively while students can log in to access that content.
